Why i love coffee and the craziness that is working in a coffeebar? I'm driven by the idea that if you want to change the world, you start with yourself and your friends, moving onto your community, and then onto the world. Quality is more than delicious coffee and espresso. It is a principle you can apply to anything in life, an attention to detail and the ability to influence others around you in a positive way. Museo is in a way, once of my creative outlets for coffee with the world around me.
